+I like the cleanliness and Farrah, the receptionist is very kind 😇
−There's no elevator from the lobby. We have to drag our heavy suitcases up the stairs to level 1 to take the elevator. The elevator is too small and can only fit 2 person.

“OK hotel but pictures do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel”
+The hotel pictures do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel, the hotel looks more outdated in reality. Check-in is not straight forward, they ask you to scan a QR code and fill in your details including providing details of your identification. After a tiring journey, the last thing you want to be met with at reception is filling paperwork which the reception staff could complete on your behalf. In addition, to get to your room need to get to the first floor and there is no lift, only stairs. There was no one specifically assigned to help, the receptionist only came to help after seeing me struggle and when I checked out I had to carry the luggage down the stairs myself. There is a small lift to take to you other floors but it is so small can only fit a person at a time.

+No me gustó nada.
−Escalera importante para tomar un ascensor. Subir y bajar valijas? Ascensor único para dos personas. Malos olores. Tres estrellas son demasiadas para el hotel
