“Very Nice Experience”
+It is just described like inside of the pictures that were given, the place was very close to downtown Hanoi, place even though it is located a bit inside of a small street but still easy to find, very cozy vibes when I came. Staffs were kind, friendly. The dorm itself is very good and sturdy, I really love the surroundings outside of the dorm.
−The bed was the main issue, a bit rough, but you'd get used to it if you try it a few times, like taking a short nap, would for sure want an upgrade on the bed. Plus point for the cleanliness of the dorm, very clean.

“A Gem In The Middle Of Hanoi.”
+When I read the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to book the place, but trying the place for myself is such a right decision. I feel like the hostel actually had listened, from beds being less comfy, to the bugs around the place, none of that happened for my spot, so I would assume that they had listened to most of the reviews, and I would book this place again and I would recommend this place.

“Nice place with very nice people!”
+The place is nice, and I feel treated like I was at home, but in a different country. Shout out to the staffs there, they really were supportive, and the cleaning lady as well, she was very nice and helpful.
−I would though, want the shower to be a bit bigger, it was a bit small for me, but I don't think I have anymore to complain about mostly.

“Fancy, Accurate”
+Read about the hostel via blog, and I must say it is very fancy and accurate from the blog, towards the pictures and detailed review on both the website and the blog. My experience here is beyond my expectations: staff were nice, facilities looks good, and overall pretty well

“Amazing”
+A great exploratory experience. The hotel is located in a bustling alley with many convenient food and cafe shops nearby. It was a pleasant surprise to have a reception desk at all times; everything was very clean, and someone was available to clean your room immediately upon request.

“立地はよし”
+旧市街にあって、観光に最適です。ハノイ駅から徒歩で15分。 全体的に綺麗。ロッカーは大きい荷物が入るのはいい。(鍵必要) ネットも早くて快適です。 ベットはカプセルタイプで防音もされてて、遮光カーテンで光が入らず、快適に寝れます。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。
−ベットがやや硬い。排水溝からの小さい虫が多いので、下水道の掃除やメンテナンスが必要だと思う。 宿泊案内で「洗濯機」とだけ記載があったので無料かと思ったら、有料とフロントで言われた。 しかし、宿側の掲載のミスであって、今回はホテル側が洗濯をしてくれました。 洗剤を100円で販売して、洗濯機をフリーにしたら、客が増えると思う。
