“We enjoyed our stay overall. It was fit for purpose. Thank you.”
+We had 4 chalets for our two teams visiting for a 4 day sports tournament. It was good having 2 bedrooms and another bed in the living area. Nice and spacious living area. The kitchen was ample for cooking meals. The showers were nice and hot. Many of our players used the pool after their games were done for the day. We had 2 x 10 seater vans and a pickup truck with no problems for parking. There are shops within walking distance. The chairs on the porch were great for relaxing after dinner. The duty manager was considerate and understanding for the duration of our stay. It was handy having the laundry facilities onsite. It felt like a safe environment as we had some younger players. It was lovely coming back to the peacefulness each night.
−Two of our players found dead bugs in their bed. One of our players found ants in the jug and saw a few walking along the the wall by the stove as well. One of our players had a moth come out of the body wash in the shower. Some of the players said their beds were uncomfortable.

“Unhygienic/”
+The location was a handy spot to travel to and from town while we were staying in Tauranga
−The room was dirty that we stayed in. There was a cockroach dead on the bench when we arrived. The sheets that were put on the bed had yellow stains on them also the bed protector had yellow stains. Luckily I always bring my own sheets and blankets when staying away from home. The shower was broken so turning the water on and washing off while showering was difficult. Also the receptionist tried to accuse us of damaging and breaking the tv in the room all because I pulled the tv cord out from the wall, which I thought was so rude as she assumed instead of listening to me . Definitely will never stay again for the price we paid I was so disappointed.

“Perfect spot for short stay to attend a function close by. No broken amenities and access to sky tv.”
+Spacious and clean
−More of a Google maps issue but very minor; it’ll direct you past the property to make a u turn to come back to access it.

“Great location but cold and noisy”
+Location was great
−It was freezing. The heat pump was useless and there wasn’t any extra bedding. Our first night was cold. It took a good 12 hours for the heat pump to heat the room. The noise from the road is terrible and the plumbing from next door was really loud. It kept waking us through the night. Not much sleep was had.

“disappointing”
+Clean bench
−Cold, no spare blankets. I had to wear my coat to bed and then covered the bed in towels from the bathroom to get warm
