“A great location to enjoy Sydney. Not fancy but clean.”
+The location was excellent to the light rail system and even walking to Darling Harbour and other places. The security system requires the key to get into the building and to your floor which is great. The property manager was very helpful. It was clean. The queen size Murphy bed in the LR was helpful as we were suffering from jet lag so used it as well as bedroom. Adequate dishes and a good microwave. The full sized fridge and washing machine were great. Nice to do the laundry in the unit. Drying racks were great.
−The layout was very tight and a very odd. No tv in the living room and only one small love seat which was very low and not comfy. There was extra furniture (folded cot and large desk) which took up valuable space. To access the bathroom, you go through a bedroom. No coffee maker. Stayed four nights and had two false fire alarms.

“Overpriced bare minimum “budget” accommodation”
+The location was very central, close to transport & walking distance to restaurants & supermarkets
−Overall it is old and worn out. I had asked for 3 beds - the 3rd bed was a single sofa bed not made up with sheets sitting on top. I brought this up to the manager and the response was uncaring. The blankets were thin & not warm. The TV (aerial not digital) didn’t work & the fridge froze everything regardless of changing the settings (also could use a clean). There were stains on the furniture, a cigarette smell in the hallways & to access the gym & pool you have to go to the other buildings lobby & leave your ID to borrow the access key, for each visit. The bathroom is small and worn out with a cramped shower over bath. Yes this is on the cheaper side for accomodation in Sydney but this really was not worth the price paid. It hasn’t been maintained, needs a deep clean & is lacking on any sort of complimentary items (no tea or coffee, no guest book with instructions on how to use the stovetop etc, 2 rolls of toilet paper…). A centrally located Airbnb would have been more comfortable and if it was refundable I would have left and booked elsewhere.

+Great location that was close to everything needed. The communication was great and check in experience was first class. If you’re looking fora no frills place to stay then this one is ideal, just don’t expect hotel quality but for the price it’s a great deal
−Only slight downside was TV location but this didn’t really matter as the place was close to so much around - internet sometimes was a bit hit and miss but didn’t really impact the stay as usually was great

−It was old and everything in the unit was old. The bathroom definitely had seen better days. It would have been great to have more toilet paper than 1/4 of a roll. First thing I had to do was buy toilet paper. No hand soap, or tea or coffee sachets. None of the niceties that all other accommodation places provide.

+Location is in the heart of the CBD. Place is neat and clean and everything is available as advertised. Staff are supportive and helpful. Inna offers help and advice when ever is needed. Love to renew the experience in future travels.

“Smelly, shabby and unclean”
+The location was the only redeeming feature of this property.
−Where to begin...the floor drain in the bathroom stank and the smell spread into the rest of the apartment. The room was filthy and needed a thorough clean. The whole place was very shabby. It was absolutely not acceptable when considering the cost and the fact that Sydney is in a "first world country". See some of the photos to get an idea of what we paid for.

“Cozy, comfortable and great location.”
+The location was excellent with most places were within walking distance. There was very little building noise from traffic. The blinds blocked out the light for sleeping at night.
−The actual hairdryer did not work and one power point on the right handside of the bed was not in working condition, could not get the plug in.
