“Convenient friendly place for solo traveler”
+Convenient location between 2 bus stops. Shared kitchen had everything I needed. Big shared fridge in the kitchen, but also small personal fridge in room. Comfy bed, friendly staff. Balcony was great for a night cap, reading or hanging laundry.
−Only complaint I could try to come up with is it’s a little loud since it’s right on the main road and the walls are thin, (but I feel like that’s true of everywhere.)

“Amazing hotel with attention to detail”
+Very well managed pension, with amazing attention to details and felt like more like a small boutique hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean and the room has absolutely everything you might need with very nice quality beddings and towels. The room was facing a busy road, but the windows are extremely good isolated, so we could not hear a thing. The common kitchen was also very well equipped, and all guests also kept things in good order. The owner, Tanja, is very helpful and let us check in early. We look forward to coming back as it was one of the nicest places we've stayed in.
−There was absolutely nothing that was not perfect, and we cannot think of a single thing that could have been better.

“Phenomenal place right next to lake Bohinj”
+What a lovely place ! The lake is a 5 min walk. Bars, restaurants and the market are nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked and the room has all that we needed and was spotless. Our host, Tanja, was super friendly and kind. She helped us plan our travel around Bohinj and after. She even let us check in a bit earlier! I am coming back here again.

“Cosy stay in cute room with A/C, great location, good value for money - recommended!”
+Incredible location (5 min walk to the lake, next to the bus stop, restaurants, etc.), cosy & woody room, great A/C (that was a lifesaver in August, probably the top feature for us), big bed, outlets everywhere, cute balcony, good water pressure in the shower, less loud than we had anticipated (especially with windows closed), lots of well-thought-through extras (q tips & cotton in the bathroom, reasonable hair dryer, full length mirror, nice closet for clothes, desk & bedside table with enough space...). Nice to have a kitchen (well stocked!), and an extra terrace. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay - good value for money, would recommend & come back :)
−Others mentioned the comfy beds but for us it was too soft / not firm enough (I like soft beds but didn't feel supported enough in that one), and we didn't love the pillows. As mentioned in other reviews the hotel is at the street so there is some car noise. The lights in the bedroom were too bright for night-time (warmer colour would have been great), and the dining room was a bit dark. Unclear whether the little bottle provided in the shower was shampoo, shower gel or both (no label). We asked for cleaning just once during the stay but that didn't seem to include much apart from changing towels & toilet paper (floor was still quite dusty, etc.). No breakfast is provided, but there are enough options around that this didn't matter too much. Overall it's still a pretty simple accommodation, nothing special, but was perfect for our needs.

“Handy for Bohinj”
+Pretty from the outside but functional furniture and furnishings inside. We could use the kitchen and dining area to prepare our own breakfast. Only 15 minutes walk to the busy end of Bohinj lake. We could open the Velux window in our room and it was cool and quiet outside.
−Few facilities in tiny room, One used piece of soap and half a bottle of shower gel. It's time to update the bedlinen. Not a big choice of restaurants within walking distance at night.
