“Horrible”

−We shared with 2 guys and it couldn't have been that filthy, they didn't take care of anything, dirt everywhere, people who weren't from there were coming in, uncomfortable.

+Great location! We asked for cleaning and the owner messaged the cleaners tight away! The check-in and check-out was easy if you arrived between 14 and 17!
−Somewhat noisy! It was quite dirty when we arrived, we asked for cleaning and they cleaned within hours of our request! We were supposed to live in an all female room, however 2 males arrived and stayed in the same room as us. It was fine because we were multiple girls, but would probably be uncomfortable if I was traveling alone.

−Turned up and it looked like people were living there full time. Clothes everywhere, tobacco scattered across the table and floor, bathroom floor was a mess, kitchen was written off with dishes from 1 light year ago. Worst of all, x2 of us were looking for our specified beds and all looked slept in! Stains on the sheets/ missing pillows, called the manager and threatened leaving. He sorted it promptly but had all day to do so prior to our arrival. I’m not expecting a five star accommodation for $30 a night but I expect a clean bed without suss bodily fluid everywhere.. Bins outside over filled and stunk, no one to check us in so had to call about 15 times and finally got an answer. Overall I wish we’d paid a little more and booked Nomads, but hey ho. Once the bed situation was sorted, it wasn’t actually a bad stay, hence my mixed ratings of ‘passable’ etc. We came back as it should’ve been originally, clean, well done beds, a full room clear out and the place actually looked decent. Just work on making it clean for guests before they arrive, it’s a bad look. It’s not like we checked in early.

“Quiet but unhygienic”

−Cleaners are non existent, I have a friend who stays there and my bed has been left unchanged as it hasn’t been booked. The reception is a phone call with poor English a bit annoying to get in.

+For a backpackers honestly was the best value and place to stay !! Amazing location and amazing price, they had a cleaner daily. I stayed in a 6bed girl dorm the girls were so lovely and respectful if either one was asleep. The staff were so helpful and lovely! Will definitely stay there again!! Honestly better then Magnums and I always stayed at Magnums when up in airlie but can assure you KCs accommodation will be my first choice from now on!! Absolutely amazing !! Thankyou
−If I had to say anything would be just more kitchen facilities but that's being picky!! I really can't fault it

−Všechno bylo špatně. Byla to spíše ubytovna. Všude byla špína, naše postele nebyly připraveny, čekali jsme dlouhou chvíli než se vše vyřešilo. Nakonec jsme v ubytování nezůstali
