+In general i like everything about the lodge. Security. Clean. Sorrounding was very beautiful and clean. The room was very big i like that a lot. Bed was comfortable. Technology
−They didn't inform us about the breakfast in time. We wanted breakfast but you have to pay a day before and I wasn't aware. When the client arrived they must explain everything so that you can decide if you want it or not

+All went well
−I suggest an change of the entry code more regularly since its the same code since my last stay and it made me think that previous people may have access to enter now as well. Its more for prevention of a problems.

“Dissapointed at the rooms we were given, after having booked Luxury Rooms”
−There was construction being done on the rooms next to our room - we were not told this beforehand... We booked a luxury room, but the photos of the Luxury Room were not at all what our room looked like. The room we had been given should not have passed as a luxury room. Our bathroom was very old and needed new mirrors and a coat of paint - the whole bedroom smelt very strongly of Bleach. The Shower water went hot and cold randomly and the hot water ran out - the next morning when I questioned this, I was told it is connected to the Kitchen next to the room.
