+Please don't book this place. It's impossible to take this property seriously. The owner failed to provide us with access to the accommodation. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and called both phone numbers provided. Each phone rang twice before switching off. We also sent a message through the Booking.com contact, explaining that we were waiting outside in the car with our 12-year-old child, but received no response. After waiting, we had no choice but to leave and book alternative accommodation. We contacted Booking.com, and they were also unable to reach the property owner. While we were waiting outside, we could see people going in and out of the property, which made the lack of communication even more frustrating. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

+Es war sehr laut, die Fenster sind nicht Schallisoliert und die Straße ist diereckt vor dem Grundstück
−es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen, der Kühlschrank hat ein kaputtes Eisfach. Die Handtücher sind so dünn und ausgefranst das man sich nicht gut abtrocknen kann damit. Das Bett ist sehr hart und nur 160 breit. Es tut mir leid das sagen zu müssen, sonst war alles ok und hat gut geklappt. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen wäre das Quartier in Ordnung. Nur die Straße lässt sich nicht ändern.

+La casa es bonita, pero es compartida, baños y espacios compartidos, cuenta con 9 habitaciones de las que utilizamos 3, es cierto que no nos cruzamos con mucha gente, pero el comedor siempre estaba ocupado

+La stanza era carina e il bagno in comune era pulito!
−Appena arrivati sono saltate le doghe del letto che nessuno è venuto a riparare.. le abbiamo rimesse al loro posto ma di conseguenza diciamo che il riposo non è stato il massimo per la "paura" che risaltassero. Pur avendo scritto alla struttura non hanno fatto niente se non dirci di sistemare noi le doghe appoggiandole. La posizione insomma, quartiere tranquillo ma un po' fuori centro e metro non vicinissima.
