+Very bad experience. I paid for the more expensive room a Design Studio Suite and hotel put in the cheaper room a Deluxe double. They told me it was the room I booked and manager will not refund the difference. Manager is rude and dishonest. The hotel has live music and is very noisy and groups of men sit outside hotel and talk which was also noisy. Breakfast was good but is where the live music is held so smells like smoke. The description of the room is misleading. There is no lake view at all, the hotel faces the castle wall, and there is no separate sitting area in the room. The sitting area is a table and chair at the end of the bed. Staff were nice and tried to help but the manager was rude and not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel and if you do go don't waste your money on the Design Studio Suite.

+Very close to the old city centre: the main mosque, the castle, the gorgeous Pond of Sacred Fish and oasis-like centre of the town. Views in the morning and evening were wonderful. The hotel is being expanded so building works and the bathroom needed tidying up, but otherwise kind staff, extremely comfortable room, delicious breakfast and wonderful driver, Irfan, who took me to Gobleki Tepe and taught me (some) Turkish.

Girdiğimiz andan itibaren her arzumuzu yerine getirdiler.
