+Since management was about to sell the property and cancelled people’s reservations at the last minute, it was a very depressing place to stay. Services were cut as a consequence and staff could have cared less about the guests.I was relieved when checkout time came.

+We were told Breakfast is included but in my 13 days stay I just had 1 breakfast. It was a kind of trick. Our tour starts 5:30 AM and the hotel starts serving breakfast at 7AM.

+The staff at the front desk was very helpful with transportation questions. The Abraham is very close to bus and tram transportation. And the free map provided at the front desk was very informative. The continental breakfast had a variety of food. Laundry facilities were clean, and the machines worked well. If we come to Jerusalem again we will stay at the Abraham.
