+The location, private pool and vibe of the villa was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. Really clean and good level of facilities were included. 25 minute walk to central Ubud with a lot to do. Not too far from Danp airport.
−The only thing I would fault is the level of noise in the mornings due to building works! This woke me up twice during my stay and I could have really benefited from the rest!

“Unfortunately the sewage smell really detracted from our stay here.”
+We stayed in the family villa, which had three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a shared living area with a kitchen\. The restaurant was very nice, and the food was delicious. The staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The massages were great too. The staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay\. The massages were great too\.
−Unfortunately, the bathrooms in our villa had an overpowering sewage smell that could be smelled in the bedrooms throughout the day and night. It was extremely unpleasant and needs to be addressed urgently. The sofas in the shared living area were also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax.

“Perfect stay in Ubud”
+I liked everything about this place, my stay here was just simply perfect. Close to the centre, yet still very quiet and peaceful. The joglo with the little pool was just absolute perfect. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and everybody from the staff was so kind and helpful. I really liked their warung also. Couldn’t wish for a better place for my stay in Ubud.

“We were excited before arrival then completely disappointed. Wasted potential, a great space not put properly to use and”
+Private pool, private area, kitchen (but it’s completely ill-equipped).
−Potential to be amazing, as the set up is great. But it is completely Spartan and not equipped to host, barely any dishes, cutlery or anything to cook with. Although the bedrooms were okay, the rest of the place was dirty especially the floors and even the dining table was filthy, we had to wipe everything down ourselves. These was no tea towels or anything to dry dishes so we had to request stuff and when staff arrived made to feel difficult. No books, board games or anything, just completely empty. Bathrooms smell and this comes into the rooms. Security is bad as we even had a random family break in at 11pm one night (even when the outside door was locked) until we asked them to leave. Also, if you arrive after 10pm they charge you extra (I understand staff need to be paid if working later, but this should never be at the guests expense, but the employer). Instead of including breakfast, they make it an extra cost, which is crazy at this amount of money. Last day staff came to check us out and then just chilled on the sofas while we packed up and left. This place could be amazing if they set it up properly, had everything a villa needs. If they made sure it was clean between gues

−Oflexibel personal, missvisande bilder, smutsigt o tråkig mat.
