“helpful washing facilities”
+It's already second time we stayed here. We booked a family suite for 4. Not difficult to find halal food because this hotel is close to Muslim neighborhoods. Close to a beautiful mosque, Sultan. Close to MRT, Bugis st. so we can go anywhere. We also used washing machines by helpful Bapak. Next when we travel to Singapore we will come to stay in this hostels.

“Clean, basic rooms - good for a short stay.”
+Small, very cramped air con rooms with paper thin mattresses, shared shared washing facilities & helpful receptionists all a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and 5 minutes walk from the bars, shops and restaurants of the Kampong Glam area. Breakfast was coffee, bread and jam.
“Pretty Staff”
+The stupid staff has no serving attitude. She thinks she is too pretty to talk correctly and then yell at you. Sickening.. It is also noisy. Cannot sleep. Previous notices to lower voices at night have been taken off

“U2 concert”
+My impressions started when i email them asking things bout this hostel since this was my first time staying at a hostel. Their responds is fast answering my questions on email. When we got there at evening they accept us with smile and very welcome. One of the Pakcik took us to have a kinda small tour to his hostel. Impressive. The room is a family suite for 4 of us. Its clean. The shower and toilet are also clean. The place...its one of the biggest benefits..we can go anywhere easily..close to the bus stops...mrts..cullinaries...a mosque...haji lanes. I can hear Pakcik play ngaji audio everynight at the lobby quietly which make us comfortable. We will come back to this hostel

+It is our first time staying here. The price is affordable. The rooms are clean and no insect. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Also, the facilities are complete. Overall, we have a good time in this hostel.

“Totally Worth It!”
+We stayed there during a studio trip and I had to settle in 41 students. Communication through email was fast, efficient and attentive. They were also kind enough to let all 41 of us leave our bags for the day as we had arrived before the check-in time. The front desk staffs were helpful through the whole check in and check out process. Rooms where nice and clean and the air conditioning functioned well. Toilets were nice and comfortable to use. Location is amazing. Close to all needed amenities such as MRT, Bustop, 7-Eleven and literally a minute walk away from Arab St and Haji Lane. For the super cheap price, it's pretty amazing.
“A éviter,. Plus jamais”
+Établissement à éviter grandement. Cela fait des années que je voyage à travers le monde et je n'ai jamais eu un tel accueil. L'hôtesse m'a fait du chantage pendant 1h30 pour que je puisse avoir la clé de ma chambre, elle me trouvais tout un tas d'excuses et de raisons pour me faire payer des extras et 10 dollars en plus pour ça et 20 dollars en plus ça, sachant que je ne restais pas dormir j'avais pris cette chambre pour y poser mes affaires pour les quelques heures de mon escale. J'ai du appeler la police et hôtels. Com pour débloquer la situation sinon je me retrouvais à la rue avec 2 enfants par 34 degrés et 6 bagages extrement lourd tout en perdant 40 euros. Sinon la chambre était propre et minuscule, une fois les valises posées,. Impossible de circuler. Seulement un WC pour tout l'établissement et 2 douches qui étaient très sales avec des cheveux partout. À éviter vraiment, mieux vaut rajouter quelques euros pour quelques choses de bcp mieux.
“Never go back here, EVER!!!”
+This is my 3rd times stay here. I was excited when know they just renovate the hostel. Well, I not complaining about the facility (yes, it's cheap hostel, what do you expect?) but at least I get the decent services. When I just arrive, the receptionist was NOT SO WELCOME. She talk to me without look at me (that's rude). The check in time is 3 pm, and my arrival time is 1 pm. She's not allowed me to early check in so I bring my backpack to continued my trip and back at night to check in. For the record, the deposit money is $20. At the first night I need to go to toilet but the toilet tissue is empty. I go to receptionist and tell them to refill the toilet tissue. They suggest me to use the water to clean myself. I tell them I need the toilet tissue, but they just laugh at me as if I am the weird one and of course no apologize. And at the check out time (finally...) I just tell the receptionist want to check out and return the key card. Without saying any word and keep eyes on computer, she give back my deposit $20. No say thank you, no say please back again, NOTHING. Sigh, I almost swearing, but I know I'm better than them. That's the day I decide to NEVER GO BACK HERE, EVER...!

Here are my comments: - Price: very cheap, in the heart of center, from here you can visit anywhere of Singapore - Clean - Very, very near to bus station, convenient, around 600 meters to MRT - Comfortable - Free breakfast, free drinking water - Suggest to stay - Will stay next time
