+Close to the underground station, easy self-check-in, and clean room.
−The room would need some maintenance: one light was broken, night stands loosely hanging of the wall, and toilet leaking.

+I stay here when I work in London, it's always great value for money in a great location. Access has been made a lot easier now so all is perfect.

“Very basic room, the breakfast and fridge provided was a nice touch”
+Small room with own bathroom. Very basic, reflected in the price. The small breakfast provided, drinks and fridge in the room was a nice touch and did the job. There was a small box of cereal and a small bottle of milk, fruit juice and a bottle of water provided. Plus mug and kettle and sachets for coffee and tea. All instructions provided to be able to access the room.
−Very basic room. The carpet was a bit damp for some reason. The bed and room is a little bit prison cell like, but for the price you can't complain! My access codes seemed to be provided a bit late in the day and way past check-in time - luckily I was arriving later on.

“Basic good value”
+It’s cheap and very close to the tube
−It’s tired especially the bathrooms. It’s very close to the tube, though the noise isn’t too bad. Sensitive sleepers could find it a challenge however.

“Good budget B&B option with single and double rooms.”
+I have stayed here a few times and it’s a good value budget B&B hotel. Nice free continental breakfast in the room, good wifi, easy and secure access to both overall premises and rooms.
−Single rooms are quite small, beds and bathroom facilities are fairly basic, but everything is clean and well maintained. It’s a perfectly suitable budget accommodation option.

“Pleasant budget B&B in West London”
+Secure and easy-to-access property. Nice continental breakfast facilities in room. Bed small but comfortable. Good wifi and TV with streaming services. Premises overall is cosy and quiet.
−Room was very small and not much room to move around in, although reasonable value for money paid. Overhead bed light didn’t work and one of the plug sockets didn’t work.

“The room served the purpose we needed of being somewhere to sleep.”
+The location was good. Close to the Tube station and nearby shops and restaurants. The shower was hot and powerful. The room was very clean.
−The bathroom had a leaking sink, so there was water on the floor and the washbasin had no plug. Breakfast was basic, but adequate.
