“Comfortable and welcoming accommodation, perfect for a city escape.”
+The room was clean and comfortable and the host tidied it on a regular basis. It came with a spacious bath featuring relaxing massage options and the location was great.
−There was a hair in the bath when we arrived and the provided cups/mugs were slightly dirty.

+We only stayed 1 night and we had a very good sleep... bed was very comfy the whole area was very quiet... we was surprised how close it was to town...
−We had a coffee machine in our room and spent 10mins figuring how to use it... could do with some kind of instruction on how to use it... bathroom could do with a few hooks for face towels...

“Clean, comfortable and great location”
+Lovely location. Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Really quiet which was nice. Can't fault for price and location.
−Very tiny sink in bathroom. Would have preferred a kettle to the coffee machine which I finally mastered thanks to YouTube.

“Great central location”
+The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the main restaurants and shops of Canterbury. Andrew was pleasant and advised on where best to park free of charge.
−The room was clean, bed rather hard, couldn't work the coffee machine, think an ordinary kettle would be better. Rubbish piled in bags outside the front of the house wasn't the best welcome, think some renovation was being carried out inside as the floor above us looked to be work in progress.

+Nothing luxurious, just a clean comfortable place to stay with an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff was very quick to respond to all of my messages and very accommodating with allowing a slightly earlier check in and letting me drop off my luggage prior to check in time. It was exactly what I was looking for and only 5 min walk from Canterbury West station

“It was comfortable and convenient!”
+A lovely, clean property which was close to the city centre and Canterbury West station. Andrew was friendly and everything ran smoothly even though I’d booked at the “last minute”. Thank you.

“I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend the guest house to others. Thank you, Andrew.”
+The location is super accessible, walking distance from the town, and the area is lovely and safe. There was free parking over the weekend further down the street. The room and bathroom were lovely and clean, had a comfortable stay. Friendly host greeted us.

+Posizione in pieno centro di Canterbury ottimo per poter spostarsi a piedi con comodità e facilità. La struttura è anche a pochi metri dalla stazione ed è ben tenuta.
−Non offre servizio colazione e non c'è ricambio di asciugamani
