+We stayed in Mamoiada in order to attend the Barbagia in Orgosolo. It was our fallback when we were unable to get accommodation in Orgosolo. What a great fallback it was. We would book in Mamoiada by preference next time. It is a small town with a rich culture heritage, easy to walk around, friendly people, good museum, good restaurants. We would definitely stay again at AbbaNive. Our reasons in order: First, Alessandro, our host, who looked after our every need upon our (early) arrival , arranging for the premiere mask shop to open for us and accompanying us there, getting us a reservation at the Michelin mentioned restaurant which was full, calling the milliner to enable us to purchase a traditional cap and scarf; Secondly, good parking on site; Thirdly, our room which was simple, clean, modern and comfortable and had a private balcony looking out over the countryside to the distinctive Mont Gonare. We booked the family suite which included our room with a comfortable queen sized bed, modern large bathroom, and an adjoining second bedroom with two twin beds. Everything was new, modern, and well maintained. Tiled and laminate floors, simple but new furnishings and fixtures.

Assolutamente consigliato!
