“Don't make my mistake”
+The hotel was near everything... Close to the beach. The staff was great and very helpful The rooms were a very good size
−After a full day of travel to get to bali Ok.... im not complaining, im just going to give awareness... I chose the Premium Room, was very nice but unfortunately im a light sleeper and enjoy my sleep when I can get it. It turned out the Premium rooms were on the street side... It was like a moto gp circuit, even with ear plugs and 2 sleeping tablets, didn't even do the job. The roads are narrow, the traffic continued till atleast 4am without a wink, looking at the ceiling, then I might have gotten a hr.... I will never make that mistake again... especially when they say city views... Luckily the staff was sympathetic to me , early in the morning they game me a room that was on the opposite side... They should have been the rooms set-up to be the Premium rooms.... .

+The room was good and clean. Location is good, close to the beach. Big and comfortable bed.
−Front office staff needs to learn basic hospitality. Simple things as "hello" or "welcome" would be great. Room is not fully equipped. No facial tissue, bidet is sucked, no water coming out.

“Don't do it”
+Leaving
−Rude and unhelpful staff 😒 Room was very dirty, bathroom was putrid hair all over bathroom taps floor and toilet. No hot water or pressure. Mould on the walls in room and common areas. Booking issue was unresolved and when staff were approached to resolve both Booking and amenity issues staff actually laughed and us.

+Conveniently located in Central area of Kuta where you can find everything and anything within walking distance, yet not too noisy. I am doing Hotels hopping for my entire duration here in Kuta, Bali; among the comparable budget Hotels, I'd say I'm getting the most value for the buck here at AB Hotel, $15/night for a Premium room is unbeatable (perhaps could be because they are doing Renovations), rooms could use some updating but is very very bright and spacious, definitely recommended.
