“Recommend without a doubt”
+Excellent room and bathroom, all new and fresh. Very comfortable large bed, good quality bedding. Tastefully decorated in modern neutral greys and white. Extremely convenient for walking into Whitby and local restaurants (highly recommend Bagley Hall for evening meals). Parking included which was a bonus, with Sonya always on hand to help with parking. Very quiet room, we stayed in room 6, at the top. Heard nothing from other rooms or even seagulls! Clean white towels provided, also changed during our 4 night stay. Excellent price paid for the stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and will be passing on details to family members. We will definitely stay again, if in the area.
−Nothing, all good. Just note, 2 flights of stairs to room 6. But good banisters to help.

“Perfect accommodation in ideal location with parking included”
+Ideal location, but also great that there is parking and Sonya was very helpful with this and advising us which space to use directing us in etc. Room had everything needed and the bed was big and very comfortable. Tea, coffee and milk as well as biscuits provided both days. Had two very good night's sleep despite the weather being windy. It is only a five minute walk into Whitby by the station, and this was also a bonus. We were able to park there early and check in early (which is no doubt dependent on people leaving, but was lucky for us).

“Lovely accommodation in a great location”
+Beautifully decorated, very spacious, great bathroom, huge bed. Really clean and comfortable. The hot chocolate was lovely.
−The WiFi was patchy at best and made watching tv somewhat frustrating. I would suggest having an automatic light on the stairs as I fell and fractured my ankle as we were leaving.

“Just perfect in every way”
+This accommodation is the best we have ever stayed in for a wee break. Lovely and clean and modern with all the facilities we needed. Just perfect. Sonya was so helpful and managed the parking for everyone so well. Can't fault anything
