“!Top Class”
+Amazing place, incredible staff, and extraordinary design in every detail. They changed my room immediately upon request as soon as one became available. Plenty of beautiful seating areas, insane views all around, and a truly exceptional, service-oriented team. The place is maintained at a very, very high standard-top-tier facilities, spa, and organized parking. Everything from start to finish is perfection. A true, authentic 5-star experience. Highly, highly recommended! Absolute professionals.
−The only minor improvements I would suggest: Adding another 2-3 degrees to the heated pool, which was amazing regardless! Also, the prices at the hotel bar were a bit higher than usual- €6 for a Coke is a bit too much, and €12 for an iced coffee as well. Other than that, simply amazing!

“Top quality hospitality at a fair price. A haven base on the outskirts of the hidden gem town of lake Garda”
+Absolutely stunning location. Modern comfortable decor and fittings. Outstanding spa. Great value. Fantastic staff who go the extra mile.
−Staff amazing with the exception of one older little male waiter at breakfast who seemed to hate his job and was very rude despite various attempts to talk to him.

+Very clean and beautiful new hotel. The spa treatment was really good. The facilities are new and beautiful. Love it so much. For me the nicest thing about the location was that we have a beautiful view to Lake Garda, but without being inside the chaos near the lake.

+La colazione è strepitosa. La SPA eccezionale. Molto più bello di quello che si vede sul sito Internet o su Booking
