+Very modern room in an old building next to a church. Quiet neighbourhood. The staff was very attentive and quick to respond.
−The lift. You have to pay for using the lift on weekdays. Some guests held up the lift when we arrived. We waited for a long time but the lift didn't come down. We ended up walking up to Level 4 with suitcases. You must close the two doors first and then put the 10 cents in. Otherwise you will waste the coin.

“A nightmare in Napoli”
+Comparing to other Napoli's BnB, that apartment is not so bad.
−Photos much better then reality. Very dirty (floor, bathroom, linen). So called double bed is kinda two twin hospital beds combined; can't be used for good sleeping. Teapot out of work. Difficult to find the entrance. The cleaning lady bothered us at 9:59 in the morning to hurry up with checkout. Decided not to have a breakfast due to extremely low rate of the cafe they have a cooperation with. Never again.

“Schönes B&B, gute Lage”
+Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Bett war bequem, nachts war es trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Das Zimmer klein.
−Es gab nur Email-bzw WhatsApp-Kontakt, die übermittelte Zahlenkombination zum Öffnen der Haustür funktionierte nicht. Wir kamen nur herein, weil jemand herauskam. A Casa tua ist eine Wohnung auf der 4. Etage eines großen Hauses, Zahlenkombi zum Öffnen der Wohnungstür klappte prima, die Schlüssel zum Zimmer waren in einem Kästchen neben der Tür hinterlegt, auch dieses ließ sich mit einer Zahlenkombi öffnen. Dazu brauchte ich aber die Unterstützung des Gastgebers, klappte dann per Videocall. Im Zimmer selbst (der Raum war überschaubar) gab es wenig Abstellfläche, ebensowenig im Bad. Dort hätte ich mir mehr Haken gewünscht. Zum Frühstücken ging man in eine wenige Meter entfernte Bar, das ist kein Problem. Trotz der hervorragenden Auswahl an Gebäck konnte man als Gast des A Casa tua allerdings nur eine kleine Auswahl ordern, wollte man etwas anderes, musste die Differenz bezahlt werden. Das fand ich etwas schade.

“Excelente”
+Todo estaba muy bien. Excelente ubicación. El apartamento prácticamente nuevo, muy bonito. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El desayuno se hace un bar que está muy cerquita y tienen unos croissant riquísimos. Además tienen el detalle de dejarte hervidor de agua y cafetera. Un pequeño frigo que funciona fantástico. A pesar de no ver a los propietarios están en permanente contacto contigo por cualquier cosa que necesites, tanto antes de llegar como durante la estancia

+L'emplacement et le calme de l'appartement.
−Le petit déjeuner. Le personnel n'est pas sympathique, l'endroit est tout petit . De plus il met la musique très forte on dirait qu'il le fait exprès. Il serait préférable de ne pas proposer le petit déjeuner car il pourrait nuire à votre réputation.

+Soggiorno da 10! ⭐️ Camere moderne, pulite e molto confortevoli. Colazione semplice ma davvero buona e più che sufficiente. Bellissime anche le decorazioni di Halloween: creano subito un’atmosfera particolare e ti fanno entrare nello spirito della festa già da adesso! 🎃 Questo mese la struttura ha organizzato anche una simpatica challenge: basta scattare una foto allo specchio della hall con il nome della struttura alle spalle, pubblicarla su Instagram, taggare e seguire la pagina. In cambio si riceve il 15% di sconto sul prossimo soggiorno… io ovviamente l’ho fatto! 😆 Servizio navetta e parcheggio a pagamento, ma entrambi impeccabili. Esperienza super consigliata!

“Bon choix, bonne localisation !”
+Cet endroit est très bien situé, distance à pied de la station de train. Il est aussi très près d’un arrêt du bus Hop on/Hop off, si vous souhaitez visitez la ville. Faites surtout le circuit panoramique, c’est très beau. Les installations sont confortables et calmes. Les communications avec notre hôte ont été fluides et efficaces.
−Si vous arrivez la semaine, assurez vous de préparer quelques centimes pour monter l’ascenseur. Notre hôte l’avait bien inclus dans les instructions mais nous avions oublié ce petit détail. Pour le petit déjeuner, notre hôte a une entente avec une pâtisserie à quelques minutes de marche, qui inclus une pâtisserie et un café (normale, cappuccino ou expresso) donc il ne faut pas s’attendre à un déjeuner complet. Nous avons trouvé le service très ordinaire à cette pâtisserie.

“Czujemy się oszukani.”
−UWAGA NA OSZUSTWO !!! Brak słów na opisanie rozczarowania tym obiektem. Zarezerwowaliśmy i opłaciliśmy pokój, który w ofercie na Booking.com miał mieć 35 m². Na miejscu okazało się, że przydzielone pomieszczenie ma zaledwie 14m² - to niespełna 40% powierzchni, za którą zapłaciliśmy ! Po naszej interwencji w ofercie zmieniono metraż lokalu na 22m² , co dalej nie jest prawdą. W pomieszczeniu brakuje jakichkolwiek drzwi oddzielających łazienkę/WC od części mieszkalnej, co narusza elementarne zasady higieny, prywatności i jakiegokolwiek komfortu. Właściciel obiektu nie był w stanie zaproponować nam pokoju zgodnego z zarezerwowaną ofertą. Stanowczo odradzam ten obiekt !!!!
