+Nothing
−It was a pay by the hour whore house NOT a family friendly place to sleep. Someone's old makeup on the pillow case and a lot of hairs all over UNDER the covers. NO HOT WATER. SMELLS HORRIBLE

“Filthy rooms”
+Nothing about the room 113. It was dirty. It didn't look like it was cleaned before I was put in it. I had to go to the front desk and report the sheets were dirty with a lot of hair and stains. The shower was dirty and lots of hair too. They didn't offer to move me. The refrigerator was full of someone else's food. The room stunk and the hallway smelled stale and musty.
−I didn't like anything about the stay. I won't be staying here again. I was put into room 121 a couple of weeks ago and it was dirty too.

“Decent stay for the cost. Value wise, it worked out.”
+My room was decent and adequate. Considering the cost, it was a good value and clean enough to get by. I stayed 4 nights for the cost of 1 in a better hotel. I slept well, showered well, and all in all it was a good value.
−The odor in the lobby is purely revolting. My room was in a separate building and did not have that odor.

“Over all the cost was good for what was given to us. I will definitely be staying again”
+I like how it’s close by food options.

“Short stop to get into your room and get out just when leaving.”
+The proximity to the road is a plus. The property has a huge potential. The housekeeper Rosa cleaned our room very well. She is a great asset for the property.
−The property is owned by a person who does not appreciate the potential of it. On the other hand, the lady who works in the front desk (there is only one), who is also the manager of the hotel is the person with the least costumer service skills I have ever seen. The towels were sticky and with bad smell. The whole hotel smells awful. Even though there are 2 ice machine, they don’t work. There is a sign on the broken ice machines saying that if ice is needed, go to the front desk. When we ask for ice, the lady described above said that there was not ice.
