“Got welcomed by Alex, gave us a warm welcome & was a good host with great hospitality skills”
+The pool area? Exceptional. Rooms are clean. The entire yard was clean.
−I’d advise some teabags & sugar in the rooms as there is a kettle. That is the only issue that needs to be fixed .

“Horrible service”
+I never even slept there. I booked midnight and when I arrived I was told there are rooms available. I had to go back and look for a place to sleep. I never even received a refund.
−The fact that you aren’t honest and trustworthy. I need my refund back. Please.

+The cleanliness and staff is very kind.
−The room lavender is not well maintained like other rooms. It's extremely hot and the windows are very tiny, there's not enough oxygen to breath.

+The bed. It was comfortable. The wifi was strong about 150mbps upload
−The room lavender 🪻 did not have cups for tea or coffee, they didn't give us coffee and tea suchets. You must also have airtime when going there because you'll ring the gate Bell until Jesus comes back. The tv was not working and the remote for the decoder was not there. The shower lights are motion sensors or something like that they switch off while showering meaning I had to open and close it until I was done.
