+Maria is an exceptional host, the place is really nice with authentic interior, there is a private balcony and a small fridge, good AC which makes the stay comfortable. Maria is very friendly and nice, gave us tips and recommendations, she is very attentive and helpful, always responsive. Walkable distance to city center. Definitely recommend

+The host was genuinely kind, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I personally didn’t mind the location. Keep however in mind it is a very long walk from the Alibus coming from the airport with luggages if you are using public transit, more than 20 min on a very busy street
−However, I was quite surprised to discover that this is actually a room in a two-bedroom apartment rather than a private apartment. The listing description is misleading. It says, “This double room has a balcony, toaster and kitchenware…”, which strongly suggests that the kitchen belongs to the room. Even after the host sent me a video before arrival, I was left with the impression that the kitchen was private. In reality, it is a tiny shared kitchen. We were extremely lucky that the second room was unoccupied during our stay. If it had been rented, it would have been a very different experience. The bedroom door is an old interior door with almost no sound insulation, so you hear everything from the shared areas. In addition, guests staying in the other bedroom have to walk through the small shared kitchen to access the bathroom, which is located beside the other room. This layout offers very little privacy for everyone. The bathroom also needs improvement. The shower head could not be properly mounted, making it difficult to shower comfortably, and the smell coming from the pipes was very unpleasant.

+Very nice place, Maria is super friendly. Just 20 minutes walk to Piazza del Duomo. Busy, sometimes noisy neighborhood but authentic. Highly recommended.

+Das beste an der Unterkunft war vorallem die über aus freundliche und liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Mann konnte sich jederzeit bei ihr melden und sie hatte immer ein paar gute Tipps. Die Unterkunft hatte natürlich auch an sich alles was man brauchte.
