“Great accommodation and location but self check not at all easy”
+The room and bathroom was very clean, location was excellent
−It was very confusing on arrival in Bologna, not clear that passport copies had to be uploaded, as no check in desk, before any directions or access instructions were sent. A very frustrating arrival in Bologna with multiple calls and WhatsApps being exchanged to find the location. If you don’t want this hassle, book a hotel!

+Location
−A heating system that doesn't work at the end of October + some weird appliances behaviour.

“Adequate and convenient for train station”
+Convenient location for train station and reasonable walking distance into city centre, close to food outlets.
−Room dark (but had shutters closed), bed on a platform with steep steps up so wasn't happy to sleep up there in case needed to get up in night so slept on the sofa below which I just about fitted on. Dark coloured pillowcases smelt a bit 'off' and towels very thin and 'scratchy', also dark colour so can't see how clean they were. Room a bit dusty. Other guests in flat very noisy coming/going. But was adequate due to location mainly.

+Perfect Location near the trainstation and about 15 to 20min walk to the center of the old town. The Jacuzzi and the balcony where really really nice, the bed was also comfortable.
−could have been a little more clean...

+Struttura molto pulita
