+The host was extremely welcoming and friendly. She really made us feel welcome, and gave us plenty of helpful suggestions about the city and things to do. She was accommodating towards our needs and requests too.
−I think the bathroom could use some repairs. Since the patio was outdoors, there were some unwelcome insects.

“Great spot in a lovely quiet location with friendly staff”
+We had such a lovely stay at this accommodation! The host was so friendly and welcoming, she even upgraded us to a larger room during our stay! The location is great, with lots of great restaurants nearby and only a short walk to Khao San Road. We highly recommend staying here

+The customer service was outstanding. Sandi texted me promptly with directions to the hotel and answered all my questions. She also provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. She treated all the guests as if she owned the place. She's a real gem.
