“What a great place to stay in the charming city of Zagreb! It would be hard to have a better location and 4CityWindows i”
+The location is about as good as it could be to explore Zagreb. We added breakfast which was simple and superb. Tonka and her daughter were extremely helpful and charming, they made us feel right at home.

“Really great experience with very friendly staff”
+Tatiana is so lovely and the room was beautiful! The breakfast was great--I had to leave early in the morning one day and she made my breakfast an hour earlier than the scheduled time, which was so thoughtful.
−The entrance was a bit hard to find. Make sure to communicate any changed to your arrival time well in advance because there is not always someone at the desk.

+We felt truly welcome from the very first moment! Tatiana was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect, and check-in and check-out were completely smooth and relaxed. The small breakfast was delicious, and the fresh melon as a welcome treat was such a thoughtful and refreshing gesture. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

“Kişiler iyi niyetli ama eksiklerin giderilmesi lazım.”
+Kahvaltı lezzetli. Kişiler çok ilgili. Tesisin konumu iyi. Oda rahat.
−Kahvaltı salonu bulunmuyor. Kahvaltı az çeşit ve tepsi ile kapıya bırakılıyor. Kahvaltı salonu lazım. Tanıtımda gösterilen yerle uyumlu değil. Bahçe yok. Lobi yok. Her gün temizlik yapılmalı. Kişiler ilgili ve iyiler ama her zaman bulunmuyorlar. İletişim not yazarak ilerliyor.
