10.0“Wonderful stay in a quirky, comfortable room”
+What a lovely quirky room!! This room was large, had lots of character and had a number of good amenities that most normal hotel rooms don't have, like some crockery and cutlery. It was quiet and clean too. I had a very comfortable 3 nights here.
−It's not possible to block out all the outside light due to the decorative windows up high and the curtains aren't the "blockout" type, but that didn't seem to be a problem because it doesn't get light too early.

10.0“Excellent communication with Garry and a lovely flat.”
+Loved the adapted use of this Victorian building which left a good bit of the antique building elements and fittings. Lots of light from the large windows too. Very quiet inside the flat. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. Not only milk and chocolate, also instant coffee, tea bags, an electric kettle and a mini-fridge as well as plates, glasses, dishes and utensils for a take away or in room picnic. We also discovered that the nearby Premier Inn will store bags in exchange for a charitable donation. I think it was for a children’s hospital. There is a collection box in the counter and they will tag your bags.
−I liked everything, I would let anyone with mobility issues know that the stairs are steep and narrow due to the preserved architecture.

9.0+Lovely comfortable bed, so had a good night's rest. Very well decorated and had old stonework showing which added to the ambience. Good central location.
−Little bit untidy at the entrance, but more than made up for it once inside.

+Excellent location, very clean and high quality furnishings. Lovely touch with the milk and chocolates being left in the fridge for us! Will look to stay here every time we are attending a concert at The Piece Hall and want to stay overnight.
