+Nice location close to train station, away from the main tourist areas of Tokyo. Easy to get to places.

“Big, comfortable, cozy, clean and good location!”
+It’s about a 4 minutes walk from JR Nippori station(South Exit). Lots of stores, shops, convenience stores, even a supermarket right next door. The location is just great. There are no elevators but it’s not so bad. Our room is usually on the 3rd floor so it’s just takes like 10 seconds to get up there. All of your check-in info, such as your room number and electronic door lock code will be emailed to you and sent to you via the Booking app quickly after completion of online pre-checkin, which you must do on your phone after 11:00am the day you’re actually checking in. Takes less than 5 minutes so again, not too bad. Once inside, the rooms look pretty much exactly how they do in the pictures. It’s an older building, but the staff keeps the rooms as clean as possible, fresh towels and bedding, floors and room are always clean. Rooms come with a microwave and refrigerator, house slippers, hairdryers, tooth brushes and other amenities. There is also free WiFi. The beds are comfortable and large. The rooms are not super fancy, but you will definitely feel comfortable and the fact that the rooms are kinda big and spacious, nothing else really matters. The rooms are also non-smoking whi
−No TV. Please think about adding a nice big television to your rooms. If so, it would be perfect and make the room feel more like a home.

+目前solotrip住宿中离车站最近的民宿而且楼下还有小型永旺真的很方便，出车站还有各种吃饭的地方(还有家网红关东煮的店)吃喝不愁而且就算离车站近也不怎么吵，房间也是非常大，多人出行毫无压力，整体上还是很满意的一次住宿体验
−客服回复只能通过邮件而且反响不是很及时当时半夜门锁有发生点状况大概联系后等了40分钟左右才有回复(本来以为要等第二天早上了)好在最后还是成功进去了，希望门口贴的电话是能联系上的那就最好了，顺便厕所没有干湿分离

+他離車站大約要走5分鐘以上 房間其實有點舊，但滿乾淨的，我們住的是3樓，沒有電梯 最後一天要離開時，行李多的人會比較辛苦

+Bonne localisation proche de la gare. Lits suffisament confortable.
−Malgré les dispositifs anti-odeur, il y a les égouts qui remonte par la bouche de douche. Il faudrait installer un siphon. Manque une lumière douce plus agreable car la lumière est forte blanc et éblouissant.
