+Generally clean. Conveniently located between Porta Nuova station and the main tourist area.
−The condition of the property is poor and dated, even if mostly functional. Doesn’t feel cosy at all. The noise from all directions is bad. Some guests with their chaotic children in the kitchen were very loud in my room. The engine noises from the street were also loud.

+Great location, basic but comfortable for a short stay The location is definitely the biggest plus of 3Jolie. It’s perfectly situated and easy to reach by bus, which makes getting around really convenient. The building itself is quite old, and the place could definitely use a little love and updating. It has a bit of a grandma’s house feeling, with more of a traditional B&B vibe than a modern hotel. Nothing fancy or particularly special, but it has all the basics you need. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the memory foam pillows. Most importantly, everything was clean, which makes a big difference. Considering the location, I’d say it’s fair value for money. It’s not somewhere I’d necessarily choose for a longer stay, but for one or two nights, it does the job just fine. Overall, it’s neither amazing nor bad. Just an okay, simple place with a slightly dated charm, a comfortable bed, and a great location. A little TLC would go a long way!

+Posizione veramente comoda, a 10 minuti sia dalla stazione che dal centro storico di Verona. La padrona di casa è stata molto disponibile per lasciare i bagagli in camera anche dopo l'orario del check-out. Pulizia buona e stabile ben curato.
−La camera non aveva nessun armadio, quindi consiglio la struttura per un soggiorno breve, massimo di 2-3 notti. Anche la dimensione è abbastanza piccola. Il bagno non aveva il bidet.

+Desayuno no había, solo había té o café. Y la ubicación era bastante buena.
−Que no explicaba que el baño era fuera de la habitación y que era compartido. También que el link de indicaciones (de cómo llegar al lugar) era equivocado y nos envió primero a otro sitio que ellos tienen, íbamos caminando y perdimos de tiempo 15min de ida y otros 15min de vuelta. Y que la hab tenía muchísimo olor a tabaco.

“Buona posizione per un breve soggiorno”
+Ottima posizione, molto vicina al centro storico. Camera spaziosa e sufficientemente pulita. C'era un distributore di acqua a disposizione nella zona comune.
−Il giorno prima del soggiorno ho ricevuto una chiamata dalla proprietaria, che mi informava che a causa di un disguido la camera con bagno privato interno non era disponibile, e mi ha proposto in alternativa una camera con bagno esterno. Nonostante avessi scelto e pagato il bagno interno, non mi è stato offerto nessuno sconto. Guardando poi le recensioni su Google Maps ho scoperto che questo "disguido" avviene spesso, il che mi fa pensare che possa essere una strategia volontaria. Il bagno esterno non era stato pulito e mostrava forti segni di deterioramento. Le porte non chiudevano bene, e l'isolamento acustico era praticamente inesistente.

“Scarsi serivizi offerti, ma ottima posizione”
+Posizione fantastica rispetto all'arena di Verona e a tutto il centro, inoltre la stanza ha un grazioso balconcino con un tavolino e due sedie.
−Bed and breakfast, senza breakfast! nemmeno una convenzione con un bar. Stanza costosa per non offrire alcun servizio! Nemmeno delle posate per mangiare in struttura.
