5.0“nice but very expensive for solo travellers.”
+The hotel has lovely pool area, sunbeds were very close, I visited in October so was plenty of availability but Imagine summer is trickier. food was nice, drinks service was good and plenty of entertainment.
−Sunbeds were very close, I visited in October so was good of availability but Imagine summer is trickier. Towels can only be collected or changed between 9-12pm so if you arrive after 12pm you can't get pool towels for your first day. the al la carte restaurants are just smaller versions of the main buffet restraint, it is still all buffet/self-service. I was a solo occupant room and the room was exactly the same cost if 2 people had of stayed in the same room with all inclusive for 2 people too. I understand single occupancy applies but given this hotel is All Inclusive and I was a single person I would expect a cheaper rate. I could have had the exact same room for the exact same price with two people fully all inclusive for the whole stay. I paid £400 total for 2 nights the price for 2 people for 2 nights TOTAL was also £400. (£200pp) unfair costs.

8.0“Honest review from family with toddler”
+Honest review from someone who likes to stay luxury but was on a budget this year Hotel: Clean & well maintained Food: Really nice for all inclusive buffet, it’s a shame the other restaurants are also buffet as an à la carte sit down would’ve been nice, we tried the Mediterranean which was lovely but didn’t get to try the oriental as it was fully booked and shut on Sundays and Mondays (bizzare) Rooms: We had room 222 and it was HUGE we had a living room area as well as the bathroom and the balcony felt safe for my two year old. Bathroom was only one sink which was annoying at times but overall room was clean and standard, big beds and big TV. Pools: Main pool was great if you wanted entertainment and music but quite chaotic too, the upstairs pool near the splash park was perfect for us as our two year old could walk around in it and play and it was always quite quiet (aside from when older kids decided to be diving around it almost falling onto someone else’s toddler - quite disappointing as the pool is clearly for younger kids I’d say up to age 5/6. Pros: Nice hotel, fun entertainment team, nice food & drink queues were never too long. Amazing pool for toddlers. Self service drink

4.0“Not for Grown ups.”
+I am not sure where to even begin with this hotel but first let me point out the positives the hotel is spotless and our room was clean but after that it goes downhill and it's not just the hotels fault but Holiday representatives should clearly state this is a hotel for young families only and not for older couples in their fifties. If you like to queue up to get into breakfast and then like vultures get food you will love it,and on that note they turn off the coffee machines before breakfast has even finished and as for the cold drink dispenser get in early as people fill there bottles with fizzy drinks and then all you get is water coming out. At lunchtime you don't get a choice of having a coffee as they don't bother turning the coffee machines on. Evening entertainment is strictly a child affair even after 9pm you get children running around screaming and shouting so don't expect any peace. We were on the 1st floor of the main building and we were going on a Seville day trip and had to be up at 5.00am so decided on an early night we were still trying to get to sleep at gone 10.30pm as children were running up and down the corridor screaming and laughing, at one point I heard a

8.0“Lovely stay in the Algarve!”
+My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights in the summer holidays and we had a great time. The area is really lovely and it is an easy 20 minute taxi ride into Albufeira if you want to explore the town. The resort itself is quite small compared to other all inclusive we’ve stayed in, but it had everything we needed. Most of the action happens in the main pool area but there are other pools/kids play areas you can go to. Although most of the sun loungers are reserved with towels in the morning, we still always managed to find a space. The pool area is well looked after and the staff are generally friendly too. We went to the gym which was decent, although remember to register your card at reception before going there! The room was very clean and we slept well on the comfy beds. The food here is DELICIOUS- the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. There was a huge amount of choice and the food was good quality too. It was a nice touch to have the different restaurants and options for eating throughout the day. Unfortunately, the oriental restaurant was closed on the nights we tried to book, which was a shame as it looked nice! You can pour your own drinks at the restaurants too which is

10.0“Another fantastic stay - already looking forward to next summer!”
+We've just returned from another stay at the 3HB Guarana, and once again it didn't disappoint. This was our fourth visit, and it's reassuring when somewhere you've built up in your mind as being excellent actually lives up to your memories. In fact, I'd say it just keeps getting better. The first thing that strikes you is the cleanliness. It is honestly second to none. The housekeeping and cleaning teams work tirelessly, and there is always someone cleaning somewhere. Every morning you wake up and it genuinely feels as though the entire hotel has been reset overnight. Every area is spotless, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the rooms are cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. The rooms themselves are very comfortable. If I had to make any suggestions, the pillows could do with being a little more supportive, and in our room (069) the balcony door wouldn't lock properly. We never reported it, and I'm confident maintenance would have resolved it quickly had we done so, so I don't see it as a criticism of the hotel, more a heads-up if anyone happens to stay in that room before it's noticed. The pool areas are lovely, and the splash park remains a massive hit with childre

10.0“Lovely hotel”
+The hotel is designed for young families - which we are not (we were there as part of a wedding party). Even so we loved the hotel. Every single member of staff we met was cheerful and friendly. The room was lovely and the bathroom looked like it had never been used. There are loads of sunbeds around the pool area but we used the raised sun decks which was a bit quieter. Food in the main restaurant was fantastic (better than a 'luxury' adult-only hotel we stayed in this year). We never had to queue for anything. We were only there three nights but would have loved to have stayed longer to have enjoyed more of the facilities and restaurants.
