+The place had really nice views and I had a nice comfy room. The owner was so nice and helped me out with some unexpected issues I had, and after checkout even helped me with the best way to reach my next accommodation and gave me a ride until the city center.

−When I go they hadn't my booking and they gave me a Another room on ground floor .only When I spoke to the owner I got the dlx room and that room was not Properly cleaned.

“Nice place for a night in Badulla”

“THIS PLACE IS OUTDATED!! DON'T RUIN YOUR TRIP BY STAYING HERE LIKE WE DID.”
−I honestly hate leaving 1-star reviews because I know every business has its ups and downs, but this place left me with no other option. First of all, this place is OLD and NOT MAINTAINED. The whole property feels neglected, and you can tell it hasn't been looked after in a long time. It's nothing like the photos. The place is also seriously understaffed. There was only one young guy handling everything. I get that it's probably not his fault, but he wasn't welcoming at all and there was basically no hospitality. We booked the mountain view room, and it was a huge disappointment. The room was old and dusty. I smelled the blanket before using it, and it literally smelled like sweat. The bathroom looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. It was old, mouldy, and just felt dirty. To make things even worse, the power went out. Nobody told us there was going to be a scheduled power cut. The hotel doesn't even have a generator. We messaged the owner on WhatsApp and were told it was just a weather-related breakdown and that the power would be back soon. Turns out that was just a guess because the electricity never came back the whole day. What really annoyed us wasn't even the power c

“Absolutely amazing stay at 360 City View Badulla!”
+Absolutely amazing stay at 360 City View Badulla! The view from the property is breathtaking, especially during sunrise and at night when the city lights come alive. One of the best features of this place is the two separate view points and dining areas, both offering stunning panoramic views of Badulla and the surrounding mountains. Having meals while enjoying those beautiful views made the experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. The location is excellent and close enough to the town for convenience while still feeling calm and private. Everything from the hospitality to the scenery exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Badulla and looking for a memorable stay with incredible views and great hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

+We stayed one night at this small hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The property is set in an elevated location, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The owner was very friendly, and the young man at the reception was kind and welcoming. Even though our stay was short, we felt well taken care of and appreciated the hospitality. “Great place to stay”
+I had an amazing experience at this place. Everything was perfect, and the assistance provided was excellent. The quality was top-notch, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially the mountain view. For the money I spent, it was totally worth it. Truly a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!
