+Had such a pleasant stay at 33onGil. Bianca was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her warmth and attention to detail really made a difference. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be calling again. Highly recommended! 🙏🏽

+The bed was comfortable, and the security was good.
−The maintenance in the room was poor. The shower door fell on me when I tried to open it! The sliders of the entrance door need to be replaced. They don't slide the door easily. The basin empties very slowly. Perhaps the drain is blocked? The blinds on the bathroom could do with a cleaning!

“I had a comfortable and restful stay with excellent privacy and security. Many thanks to the hostess and her staff.”
+The location was of greatest importance to me, as I was visiting family nearby. I also valued the security and secure parking for my vehicle. Bianca and Chantal and their staff were also friendly and helpful and responded positively and promptly to my requests.
−The Orange Room was adequate for a relatively small and tidy person, like myself. However, I could imagine that it might be a little cramped for a larger person, never mind a couple. I was comfortable enough, though.

The staff are friendly, responsive, and maintain a high standard of service. The premises are clean, secure, and comfortable, providing a peaceful setting for rest after work commitments. “Over expecting-under delivered”
+Bianca who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and the place was safe.
−The units were not very clean it looks much nicer in the pictures than the actual place. Spider webs all over. The toilets were smelling of urine not sure if there's a leak so bad we had to leave the bathroom window open n close the door right through. There's no aircon had to make use of a manual fan
