+The whole place very well maintained and very clean and the check in was easy. The communication was great from start to finish. Plenty of parking all around, lot's of shops, cafe and restaurant within a 2 minute walk.

−My only negative feedback on this otherwise excellent accommodation was the size of our en-suite - very small.

“A fantastic find and somewhere to recommend”
+Beautiful hotel/home on the beach edge of Clifton but also very central to the town centre. Really comfortable beds, clean and tasteful decor with lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Delicious home cooked breakfast by Karen too 😊 Long stay car park is a few mins walk away.

+Location was good. Lovely lounge with beautiful flowers . Check in well organised and people who we received texts from or met were helpful.
−We had booked a deluxe room and were disappointed that there were no coffee /tea facilities in the room and no tv. It was a wet couple of days so getting back to our room in the evening and having a tv to watch n get a hot drink would've been very welcome. The shared kitchen was lovely, but 2 floors down, and we didnt feel we could go down 1st thing to get a drink when others were having breakfast.

“Ultimately, once we gained entrance the accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfast was superb.”
+Loved the the aesthetics were so appealing and many details for the comfort of the guests.
−I had trouble with entrance code, because I was unfortunately sent the wrong code at first.

“Would go back.”
+Location. Room was superbly appointed.
−No breakfast on offer. No TV in the room. Room was on the second floor and as we are no spring chickens, it was difficult getting upstairs. The toilet macerator did not have a sufficiently long flush. It would be good to have a box of tissues in the room.

+Very clean. Good communication. Easy check in and out. Great location for University.
−Felt it was little overpriced. Many room facilities were communal ie. TV and tea/coffee which may not be to everyone's liking.

“Beautiful property, would recommend!”
+Lovely property. Well renovated. Beautiful kitchen and lounge you can make use of. Comfortable bed. Room had everything you’d need, and anything that wasn’t in the room (e.g. iron/ironing board) was easily accessible at any time. I think the property is ran really well. The staff were lovely and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect, very central but on a nice quiet square. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing somewhere to stay in Bristol.
−Nothing. Even with stuff like tea/coffee facilities it’s easily dealt with by having access to the beautiful kitchen. Had no issues whatsoever

−The sink in the bathroom is very tiny, I barely managed to wash my hands.
