“provided everything that is expected from a Hotel”
+Location to central station very good, close to local amenities. Room was nice and quiet, shower worked well. All in all the hotel provided what was needed.
−A microwave was provided, which was unexpected, but no power outlet was situated anywhere near it, making it useless

+The staff were all very kind and polite and very helpful ( some of them also spoke Spanish, if that can be helpful for others). The free coffee and snacks offered at the lobby each morning was also a nice touch and certainly helped us start the morning in a better mood! 😁 The location of the hotel is also pretty great. A 5 min walk to Central station, 8 min walk to the nearest tram station and like a 10 min walk to a mall with different stores and a food court. We were able to visit most of the major attractions we wanted to visit by either taking the tram for less than 30 min or by walking. The area also felt pretty safe even at night. Housekeeping staff were also very kind and if we needed anything, they helped us out.
−The room's size was what I expected but the layout of the room I found very uncomfortable. It was difficult to use the chargers with the adapter close to the second bed because of where the electrical sockets were located. The toiletries were also not the best. I would have preferred to have a bigger bottle of body soap available in the shower instead of multiple tiny plastic containers that needed to be replaced several times during our stay (tiny bar soaps were also provided).

“Fantastic”
+Second time staying at this property and it was phenomenal. 6 minute walk to central station, There is a pub across the road, multiple fast food options and convenience stores in walking distance plus a woolworths. Staff are so friendly and helpful with any questions. Great value for money rooms are nice and spacious for all belongings you may have with daily house keeping which is great.
−Double room bathroom basin sink was a bit too small you couldn’t store stuff on the bench so be mindful if you have a few things you’d like to put out, apart from that no complaints.

“Small friendly hotel close to Central Station”
+28 Hotel is relatively small hotel with very helpful and friendly staff a short walk from central station. Our queen size room was comfortable and the added touch of complimentary coffee, tea and pastries in the lobby each morning was much appreciated. Our bathroom was small but modern and practical. The overhead large shower head was particularly nice. Plenty of hot water which you don’t have to wait long for.
−BYO teaspoon if you want a cuppa in the room
