“A 2 bedroom apartment, sharing with other people!”
+Worst place we have stayed, be aware it is a 2 bedroom apartment, that you will share.
−Be aware, 2 bedroom apartment, you will be sharing with other people in another room. They got in late last night and making heaps of noise. Really difficult to find on the map, first sent old information. No coffee machine or mocha pot. Hard to get hold of contact person. Locks need to be replaced.

+The accommodation was in an excellent location, and we were able to walk to most of the city's main tourist attractions with ease. The information provided by the host was very clear and helpful. They contacted us in advance with all the necessary details, responded promptly to our messages, and were always friendly and helpful. Overall, considering the price, the accommodation offered great value for money.
−The only downside was that the guests in the room next door arrived late at night and were very noisy. Unfortunately, we could clearly hear their conversations and movements, making it difficult for us to sleep. The sound insulation between the rooms was quite poor, so noise carried through very easily.

“It was entirely ruined by the nonfunctional AC and the giant spider waiting for us next to the bed.”
+Good location, clean bathroom, had a kitchen, good wifi
−Air conditioning, spiders and dust in the room, the elevator wasn’t working, the windows entirely let in external sounds and air, creepy living room that desperately needs a renovation

+This was a great place to stay - located in an area that made it easy to walk to the piazza and other surrounding areas. We also were able to walk to and from the train station. The only downside was the smell - the property does mention it in their description but it’s pretty intense especially walking out first thing in the morning. There is also trash cans right outside and the street is very noisy during the night. Other than that, it was clean, convenient and check in and out was easy.
−The smell of the building and the trash cans outside
