+We had a great stay for 9 days in the garden room. The hosts were wonderful, caring, attentive and easy to reach by WhatsApp with any questions or wishes. We loved the bedding and bed, it was very comfortable and luxurious. The room is spacious with refrigerator, coffee station, dishes and a table for making a simple breakfast or sandwiches. Location is excellent: About two minutes walking to the bus stop that connects directly to the main train station, five minutes walk to a well-stocked supermarket (with a great vegan selection), and there are many restaurants nearby.

“Great location and and equally great place to stay if you’re in the city.”
+Really great location for centraal Station and getting into the heart of Amsterdam. Very clean, contained basement apartment with all your needs met. Bed was very comfortable!! Small fridge was great for getting in small items for breakfast and snacks/drinks. Adrienne and Boudewijn were perfect hosts and left loads of info to help on our trip and navigating around the city.

“Comfortable stay outside the city centre”
+The owners were very helpful; the treats they left for us was a lovely surprise; the cosy apartment was comfortable for our short stay. There were some lovely eateries nearby, which were handy. There bus stop was very handy to get into the centre.
−The noisy bathroom- toilet and shower were very loud. We could hear a lot of creaking floorboards and noise in the room above us.

+A lovely host checked us in and explained everything we needed. The hosts' guide/information book was also very helpful and the apartment itself has some nice little touches. Everything is very stylish and elegant and it seems a lot of thought has been put into making guests feel comfortable.
−Very noisy - you can hear every footstep and sound from the main house upstairs, although the property is advertised as sound proof. Not much space to sit or relax. Lighting is a bit dim in the garden room. The bathroom has no ventilation, which makes it very damp and humid after a shower.
