−I paid for a Queen room and i was given a small room with a promise that i will be moved to a queen room next day.. after that they ghosted me. i asked for refund but still got no response. only one functional toilet for like 20 rooms. no water most of the time. reported to booking but they couldnt do anything about it .. its a scam...

+The location of this property is quite nice. It’s about a 25 minute walk from all the central spots.
−Where do I even start? The door to my room was rotting from the inside, therefore you could easily punch it in if you wanted to. I was given towels with mold residue on them. The non-working parts of the bathroom were just scotch taped. I mean no one expects luxury from a hostel but definitely not this, especially because Lisbon hostels are usually lovely and neat. All of my attempts to contact the property were ignored by them. I didn’t feel safe staying there and booked a different place. Of course they never refunded my stay because they ignored both me and booking trying to get in touch.

+The host let us do early check-in without an extra fee.
−There were no water in women's bathroom. Thus the flush and the sink did not work. The kitchen sink had no water as well. Also, there was no hot water in shower. We had to take a cold shower. We informed the host about these issues, but nothing was done. The place was very old and needs maintenance.

“Odzivnost osebja in kopalnice”

“Mala experiencia”
