“Great dog friendly accommodation that was clean and comfortable.”
+Great location, clean and right near shops.
−No enclosed yard for the dog, however there is a great leash free dog park close by that allowed my dog freedom to run.

“Watch out for them charging you extra or trying to charge you twice”
+Nice modern space. Good to have a TV in the bedroom and appreciated the thought of providing a sheet on the sofa. Located close enough to everything in a property that felt safe.
−Unfortunately staff communication and training has a long way to go. - We weren’t advised at any time of the process of getting access to the room, so we thought this would be made clear at the property on arrival, instead we received a call at 4.45pm to be advised that their office at a different location closes in 15mins, thankfully we weren’t far away and made it in time, but communicating this prior would definitely have gone a long way. - On arrival at the different location to the property, we were asked to pay in full. We had already paid in full through booking.com They said they had just moved to a different system and could t see the payment, and insisted on taking our credit card details (again as we’d already had to provide these online), while they thankfully didn’t charge us the full fee again, they proceeded to charge us an extra $20 - why? We’d already paid in full? - We were given an allocated car park when we arrived (having a safe off road parking space was really important to us when choosing where to stay). Then after returning to collect takeaway, a guest in the neighbouring room had taken our car park and was really rude about it refusing to move. - the same

“Great location and OK for a night or 2.”
+Apartment was an OK size for our 1 night stay. The bed was quite comfortable. It had a lovely bathroom. There was a spare sheet to put on the sofa as we were travelling with a pet. Great location, close to everything.
−The communications from 12th Tee informed us we would need to download an app to remotely open the apartment door and another app for a quick check in. We had to supply a lot of id documents and bank information. I thought it was compulsory but found out later it wasn't. It was a very time consuming difficult exercise.The door key app was not necessary as we were given a key. The apartment had a comfortable bed with a bedspread but no spare blankets or quilt. As it was a cold night we had no option but to put on the heat. We would have preferred not to do this. On the day of check in we were directed to go to the reception at Kacys. We were not made aware that it was part of the resort until we actually got there. If we had been made aware of it beforehand things would have been a lot easier. All communications were by messages so we didn't have a full picture of the apartment. It is advertised as a privately owned apartment. The outside area for our pet has not fencing and open to the road. There was a small dog run at the side of the apartment but it was not directly accessible from inside, was a bit over a metre wide and not user friendly.

−The cleaner was lovely the agent when came down as second shower upstairs wouldn't unlock with our key she was short with us when asked how do we get another key for shower we were told just don't close the door when not using shower and she was short with use and I felt a little rude. Our hosts well they were lovely and very accomodating.

−Very confusing check-in. Booking was through Booking.Com but the owners of the unit wanted all our details again including drivers licence and credit card details. Also batteries were flat in the TV remote so I had to buy some from the shop.
