“wouldn’t recommend to anyone”
−there was mould on the curtains , the dining the table was unsafe , nothing around in walking distance

“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL”
+Nothing from start to finish it was bad contact with own...the shower door was hanging off he asked me to put it back. It was dirty not cleaned and we never slept because of rain on roof from trees at back and all bedding was damp. Final straw was slugs coming through vents in main bedroom. We left early...never again awful. Really bad comms from owner and withheld my deposit longer.

“Good size for 6”
+Good location for what we needed, clean and tidy, good outside space. Excellent communication with the owner. NOTE: you’re asked for a £100 damage deposit which isn’t obvious when booking but is totally legit and I have received the full deposit back!!
−We booked for 8 but I think it has been reallocated for 6 as it is too cramped for 8 and only has 1 toilet

“Lakes and onsite facilities were beautiful, shame about the cleanliness of the the caravan and being blamed for somethin”
−Dirty dishes in the cupboard, a slug in one of the beds and a bug in the double bed as covers were pulled back, also got blamed for a breaking a lamp that certainly wasn’t us, we left the van absolutely spotlessly clean, including stripping the beds, bathroom was left spotless and hoovered and mopped right through, we even went as far as scrubbing the decking area with hot soapy water as we left so this is really disappointing!

“Nice van but would not recommend for young families.”
+The main bed was confy, the single beds were not bad but not fantastic either. Kitchen was great as far as appliances and utensils go. Bathroom was clean. Outdoor seating good although cushions had been left out in the rain when we arrived so couldn't use them.
−The van was fine. The TV unit moves so I wouldn't advise staying there if you have young children like we did. The dining table is missing parts so moves when sat at it. Again, not great for small children as it is glass. We booked this ven primarily because of the location to the facilities (indoor swimming pool and spa) and the fact it was advertised as being included in the price. However, when we arrived at the pool, we were told that it was not free and would cost £95. If we would have known this we would not have booked the van. The van does have WiFi, however it is very hit and miss and we were unable to watch a film all the way through which was difficult.

+The site was peaceful, the ponds with ducks and other wildlife very pretty. Nice small children's playground well used by my grandchildren. We used the swimming pool and restaurant on the site across the road, both very good. The restaurant staff were excellent and the food good. The decking area at the caravan is a good place to sit and for the children to play safely.
−The caravan is looking a bit tired at the end of a busy season with some repairs needed. No WiFi, no hairdryer. Beds uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. There are no recycling bins.

“Lovely break, good communication from owners, comfortable caravan.”
+Very well equipped , everything you need for a nice break. Towels were provided but we had taken our own, beds all made although we only used 1. Bottle of wine was a lovely touch.
−Not a complaint but the outside furniture was frayed and not very comfortable.

−While much work has been done to update this property the outside furniture needs replacing. Probably work in progress. The WiFi wasn’t very good which impacted on the tv
