“Good location, fg”
+The location was great - not far from the Space Needle. The staff were great and the hotel had a nice bar and restaurant. We stayed there before and after our cruise. The rooms were very comfortable although our first room had squeaky floorboards.
−The restaurant on the Saturday night was really busy so we had really slow service. The staff did give us an extra free drink and were still really friendly.

+Excellent location. You have a Whole Foods right downstairs. Lovely lobby and friendly staffs.
−A bit noisy if your room is close to the Denny Street. We had a 2-beds room so really had no choice but stay on the side close to Denny Street. The first room I had as not well cleaned. I had to change my room because of that. For the price we are paying, there should be better choices in Seattle.

“Seattle is a great city, I just wish everything did not close down at 8:00 pm”
+1 Hotel is at a great location. We could walk to all the sites. They do not offer breakfast with their package, which is a shame, it costs so little to provide breakfast especially when you are paying over a $400 a night. Even a continental breakfast would be good.
−The coffee machine did not work and no one could tell us how to work it. Anyway all the coffee was decaffeinated and when we asked house keeping to bring us caffeinated, they brought us more decaffeinated coffee. They did not speak English at all, I think they should learn a little English to help them with their job.

“Amazing Experience”
+Stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made my stay easy. The valet service was quick, professional, and very attentive. Special shoutout to CJ for the excellent customer service! Everyone went above and beyond to make everything smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

“Это просто кошмар , не посоветовал бы никому , не пойму откуда такие рейтинги берутся у гостиницы”
+Ничего не понравилось , как это может нравится
−Все абсолютно , начиная от персонала и валета, заканчивая чистотой и удобствами номеров , уже не говорю о стоимости и списании денег непонятно за что
