+The location and the suite. The night staff were wonderful. They made you feel welcome and were Sincerely interested in any needs you might have.
−The daytime staff were the opposite of the evening staff. Stiff “Welcome” with no smile. Even without a line, they seemed to be somewhat irritated when asked a question. My stay was 4 nights and not once did I receive a smile or a friendly “Hi”.

“Would stay again but would plan to make our own breakfasts.”
+Loved the views and how clean the place was!
−Breakfast was very disappointing. Would like to see better options served such as eggs, bacon, waffles that you see at most all other hotels.

“Great location, not fun when eleavator was shut down and we were on the 4th floor.”
+The room was great, the breakfast was not very standard and lacked what most hotels breakfasts provide. We purchased groceries from Safeway to make up the difference.

+Had a great time. Staff was AWESOME. Loved the pool & hot tub and the surrounding areas. Parking lot was big and secure and easy access to the hotel and lobby. Will definitely stay again!!
−Room was a bit noisy but was probably because of its location in the hotel.

+Convenient location and free parking. Had a balcony
−Happy Hour was advertised as a certain price for some food but it was actually a higher price when we paid
