“awful”
−i booked a room with a private bathroom, we ended up having to use the shared bathroom because apparently there was a misunderstanding in the wording used in the reservation. even if at first the owner seemed to be open to give a little refund, since we paid more for the room with private bathroom, in the end he never gave us anything and pretended that we had all the shared bathrooms for us, which was the biggest lie since everyday the shower was full of hair and there were other people there. i even tried to speak to him in person when he came for the check out and he pretended not to hear me. i highly don’t recommend this place, awful costumer service and disrespectful
