“A pleasant stay overall”
+The property can boast of a very good location, near to Cagayan de Oro and literally in front of the sea. Very neat and clean. Bed and shower were clean, the aircon working properly.
−The only thing is that, since it’s not a “cheap” place where to stay in the Philippines, it should come with a little more amenities, such as hot water, some shower gel, a table and maybe a rice cooker

“A scene from a horror movie. The guard has a shot gun and you are isolated”
+Nothing
−The site doesn’t look like the pics I’m guessing the ohotos are 19 years plus old. No one was at the property except me.. the restaurant looked permanently closed the bar closed no WiFi, no water, no food, nowhere within 20 mins to get anything. The site is remote cabs charge you extra to go there grab doesn’t go there. The owner doesn’t understand English. I didn’t feel safe there. You could film a slasher movie there you are so isolated and not in a god way. Avoid this place. They do no refund your money. I give this place negative 1.

+Stayed on a weekday. Only 2 rooms was occupied. Entire property was empty. We reached at 7 pm so could not enjoy sunset. Also not allowed to go to beach after 7 pm. Pitch black. But inside property big swimming pool and walking corridor.
