“Beware of scam!!!!”
+We arrived to find we had no booking. The Balkan is not registered with Hotels.com and we were not the first that day to have been misled. I would however say that the staff were extremely helpful and can’t thank them enough for their help.

“You Get What You Paid For”
+Stayed a couple of nights. Very cheap and location was ideal. Nothing groundbreaking about the hotel itself - it was somewhere to sleep and we got what we paid for. Main issue was hot water took a long time to work. Also, a bedside lamp would be useful
