“Good place but with some issues”
+Mario was a friendly and helpful host. He personally handled both check-in and check-out and sent several useful messages before our arrival with information about the apartment and the area. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with a kettle, microwave, washing machine, sink, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, towels, TV, and air conditioning. The balcony offers a nice beach view and includes a drying rack. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space overall. The location is excellent. The beach is just a short walk away, and in our opinion it is one of the best beaches in Split. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and other conveniences nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to travel elsewhere.
−The smart lock system was convenient in theory but occasionally glitchy, often requiring two or three attempts to unlock the door. The shower had hot water, but finding a comfortable temperature was difficult, and the water would sometimes turn cold during showers, likely due to the limited capacity of the boiler. The automatic blackout shutters in the bedroom were broken during our stay. As a result, the room became very bright around 7 a.m. every morning. There were additional blinds, but they did not fully cover the windows. Sound insulation could also be improved, as we could clearly hear loud TV or radio noise from neighboring apartments. The air conditioner is positioned between the living room and bedroom, which made airflow less effective. The living room eventually cooled down, but the bedroom remained quite warm. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, and while the main bed was comfortable, the pillows were quite high and firm. A few small amenities would make a big difference for guests. There were no toiletries provided, such as shampoo or conditioner, and no washing machine detergent pods. Leaving basic essentials like these would significantly improve convenie

“I will be back thank you”
+It was exactly what I needed, I was in Croatia to view a few yachts so only needed a base. Mario met me with the keys told me where everything was. Just as a host should do, but not all do. So 10/10 for that the room was clean tidy and well equipped for my needs. Best but the beach is 5 minutes walk away and the water was perfect ! Restaurants close by and 7 euros by Uber into Split

“Perfect stay close to Žnjan beach”
+Close distance to the newly renovated beach and just 10 minutes drive to the city center, walking distance to the grocery stores and coffee shops, comfortable beds. Mario was friendly, allowing us to leave our luggage there as we arrived earlier. Would definitely again stay there on my future visits to Split. Highly recommended!

“Exceptional”
+The vacation was great. The owner Mario is hospitable and attentive, he knows the history of his region and shares information about interesting events and attractions. The room has very good conditions. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The beach has small pebbles. The swimming area is very spacious, it is limited by buoys and floats. There are two diving towers, a water park on the water, a well-equipped place for people with special needs. Along the embankment there are playgrounds, small fountains, sports facilities, parking. The beach complex was built in 2024, everything is new, some premises are not yet open to visitors.

+Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Mario ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Strand ist wunderschön und in der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés. Man hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

+Apartma ni bil to, kar je navedeno na bookingu. Niti razgleda ni bilo, kot je slika presstavljala. Balkon je bil miniaturen, kotni, neuporaben. Pogled na gradbišče in zaraščenost okoli stavbe. Parking na pločniku. Nihče ni zagotovil menjave brisač, še psoebej pa wc papirja, ki je bil le 1 za 5 dni. Brez informacij o kontejnerjih, do zadnjega dne, ko je bilo poslano sporočilo, da je treba apartma sčistiti, odnesti smeti, itd. Pred vstopom v apartma nenormalno vroč zastekljeni del, ob cestnem delu, brez razgleda in ohlajevanja. Ni bilo niti servet za brisanje posode in ponve za jajca ter pribora za vzeti hrano iz posod. Najbolj je zmotila izjava "imata luksuzen razgled", ob prihodu in preveč samohvale na obisk papeža v enem izmed preteklih let. Kot, da je to dodana vrednost Splita, po investiciji v izgradnjo plaže, objektov in da je bil to blagoslov papeža. Zahtevalo se je še dodatno plačilo "security", ki ga seveda nisva nakazala. Saj nisva razgrajača, niti nebi imela kaj uničiti. Pogrešala sem zanimanje za udobje dopustnika (plačnika apartmaja). Se opravičujem za iskreno mnenje, ampak realnost je pomembna.

“Veldig fint overnattingssted😊”
+Verten var veldig snill. Det var fin beliggenhet i forhold til bading og strandliv. Var en veldig koselig resturant i nærheten og et lite supermarket bare 2 min unna. Leiligheten var perfekt til 2 mennesker.

+Boravila sam u apartmanu sa sestirčnom i zaista smo prezadovoljne! 🏖️ Apartman je prostran, uredan i jako čist, a more je doslovno na par koraka - idealna lokacija za pravi odmor. Domaćin Mario je vrlo simpatičan i susretljiv, uvijek spreman pomoći i dati savjet. Sve preporuke, rado ćemo se opet vratiti! 🌞✨

“Odmor u zatvoru”
−Najgore iskustvo - odmor kao u zatvoru! Krevet izuzetno neudoban, apartman neuredan i zapušten. Klima se svake noći automatski gasila od ponoći do 9 ujutro - nemoguće spavati od vrućine. Opremljenost stana jadna, gotovo nikakva - od posuđa jedva jedna čaša i viljuška, ništa za normalno korištenje. Gazda ima kamere oko cijele kuće, što potpuno narušava privatnost, a povrh svega zabranjuje posjete. Platio sam smještaj, a dobio osjećaj da boravim u objektu pod nadzorom i zabranama. Užasno razočaran - nula bodova i ozbiljno upozorenje drugima!
