+Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of professionalism My experience with this accommodation has been absolutely unacceptable. During my first stay, the first room was fine, but the second studio I booked for two nights was a complete disappointment. There was an extremely unpleasant smell, and the toilet was blocked. I reported these issues immediately, but the response came far too late. In the end, I had to check out even though I was supposed to stay for another night. The accommodation then explicitly promised me one complimentary night as compensation. I trusted that this promise would be honoured. When I returned yesterday and made a new booking, the problems continued. I had to wait almost 45 minutes for a response regarding my reservation. Only after several phone calls from reception was someone finally reached. This already reflects very poor organisation and communication. I then reminded them about the complimentary night they had promised me. They asked me to provide a screenshot as proof, which I sent immediately. And what happened next? Absolutely nothing. No response, no explanation, and no follow-up whatsoever. This is an unacceptable and disrespectf
