“Good”
+The apartment is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo, overlooking a lively shopping street. It accommodates four people and has all the basic amenities, including a kitchen and air conditioning, but no washing machine. Note: This apartment is the one with no view of Duomo, this is street-view only. We arrived late, but the host kindly arranged online check-in and online payment of the city tax, making everything easy and convenient. Thank you so much.
−The bathroom door has no lock, and the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. The staircase is very narrow, making it difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

“Pleasant Stay! Very Happy to catch up with family after 12 years!”
+Great location and helpful host! This trip we did London, Paris, Venice, Florence & Rome, can definitely say that there is no place like Italy and the People!
−With more than 30yrs exp operating hotels in Italy and Australia is advisable that the host spends a bit more time and updates room profiles to match descriptions and photos to minimise discrepancies and unhappy customers,,, can't blame Booking.com for what you advertise online as a host on your account. This will definitely increase your revenue and rating!

“Great location near all the major sites.”
+Location and the bed was good
−Could not use the back air conditioner due to the foul odors in the alley way…keep the bedroom window closed. Everything else was good

+Sehr gute Lage, Zentral

Nerdeyse her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ev çok temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi.
−Asansör olmadığı için bavulları çıkartıp indirirken biraz zorlandık. O yüzden bavullarınızı ona göre yapın.
