+Lovely cottage, really nicely furnished, in a quiet and peaceful location. Great outdoor space. Walking trails going right past the cottage was a plus!
−Narrow roads to get there but it was fine once we got used to them!

+The cottage is located in a very quiet, and picturesque area approximately 1km from the river Avon and a 20 mins drive to Bath. The cottage is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The information provided on things to do in the surrounding area is very comprehensive. The garden is wonderful and is a great place to relax.
−Nothing. The approach road to the cottage is quite narrow, but you get use to this very quicky and it adds to the charm of the place,

“Overall a lovely part of the world, cottage was cute and has everything you need. Just needs to be cleaner.”
+Cosy, quaint cottage and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful surrounding countryside, very quiet. Nice garden opposite house. Recommended pubs within a few miles were very nice and tasty food. Comfy beds. Bottle of wine was a nice gesture also.
−Unfortunately the house was not very clean. Cobwebs on walls, on headboards and under beds. Due to my dust allergy I did have to take tablets everyday which only mildly helped. Could do with a deep clean. Couldn’t open windows either. Need to be a confident driver in order to access property parking spot and area.

+The cottage itself is beautiful with a lovely peaceful garden. The beds were comfy. Lots of gorgeous walks close by.
−The narrow lanes to get to the cottage were much longer than I had expected. I don't mind driving, but found these a little nerve wracking.

+This property catered for all of our needs in terms of being in nature, close to bath, garden facilities and snuggle cozy cottage experience like those you see in movies or read of in books. Good place for both sunny and rainy weather. The owner is very friendly, helpful and responsive from start of booking, right towards the end. Provides you with all the necessary information about the stay, how to get there, how to access and has a wonderful file to familiarize you with the area and tips on what to do and where to go. The area is rich of places to explore walking or hiking but also a stones throw away by bike or car to beautiful surrounding villages and cities. Down the road in the forest is a rope swing which the whole family enjoyed.
