−As a frequent and loyal Booking.com user, this was my absolute worst experience. We booked this property for a family gathering (8 people). Throughout our stay, there was active construction inside the property, which was already disturbing. On our first night at 9:00 PM, while we were calmly talking in the courtyard, a staff member aggressively screamed and yelled at us in a threatening manner, demanding silence when we were making no unreasonable noise. The next night, out of fear, we stayed quietly inside our room. Shockingly, the same staff member opened our room door without permission and started recording a video of us. We only stopped him by threatening to call the police, and we forced him to delete the video right in front of us. This severe breach of privacy and aggressive behavior caused me a major nervous shock that ruined my health for the entire trip. Property management is completely unsafe and unprofessional. Do not stay here

+The calm location yet close to walk to the highway, catch a bus, or get nearer to the center
−When I came, they checked me into a different room from the one on booking. I had literally only a refrigerator. Nothing else. EVERYTHING ELSE MENTIONED AS FACILITIES REGARDING THE KITCHEN WASHING MACHINE WAS NOT THERE. I checked in because i arrived late at night and could not change place anymore. They told me the day after that my room was the only one with a balcony and that it should suffice. The AC was not cooling the room, I could not connect the TV to the internet and as I walked barefoot, the floor was very dirty. I feel I paid too much for the room so i stayed only one additional night and left. Also they canceled my booking on booking.com as if i did not check in.

L’ho trovato molto scorretto.
