“Great location, very comfortable.”
+Great location in Assisi, just a short walk from Piazza del Comune with many restaurants nearby. The rooms were very comfortable. The only small negative is that the kitchen is located in the basement of the building, so you have to go down several flights of stairs (depending on which room you have) which may be a problem for people with limited mobility.
−The kitchen in the basement was not the best, but that was the only negative about the property.

“Beautiful rooms in the heart of Assisi!”
+I would recommend Xenios for a few reasons - location, cleanliness and luxurious setting. The location is fantastic - close to the main square for restaurants, bars and shops. Every church in town was east to access on foot. The windows are modern and seal out the city sounds. The interior is very recently updated and everything is tastefully well-thought out to remind you that you’re in a very old city but provide the comforts of modernity. We had the Aura and Uranos rooms. Both were carefully laid out to work well in the small space available in a medieval setting. The Aura included a pop-up kitchen which we only used to make tea but was handy to have. Air conditioning worked well in both rooms - a major plus in summertime heat.
−Be prepared that there are only stairs to your room so pack light/be able to lift what you bring.

“Xenios Assisi”
+The location was perfect within a very beautiful setting and close to many, many wonderful places to eat and drink. The renovation of the building was to an excellent standard; the quality of facilities and soundproofing especially. Communication with the owners was always quick and helpful, and the app access to the property and rooms was great.The listing stated on booking that it was a two bedroom house when actually it was two separate rooms on different floors joined by a staircase that was used by other guests. Our family was adults and older teenagers, so this was not an issue for us but may need consideration for guests with younger children. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

“Wonderful Apartment”
+The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious and bathroom essential were provided. The curtain was super good, very sturdy. The table in the living room can transform into a kitchen sink and there is a mini stove. The owner gave us a discount card for nearby car park. We arrived on rainy day, it was hard for us to reach the apartment from the main car park as the ground its not flat and we brought big luggage, you're lucky if there is an empty parking lot in front of the apartment. The parking lot in front of the apartment was full when we arrived, but there was one empty lot when we checked out. So its easier for us to carry the luggage into our car. 5-15 minutes walking to restaurants, mini market, main churches. We enjoyed our stay so much.
−Wish there is a microwave inside the room. Our room is located at the 3rd floor. It wont be a problem if you only bring small luggage. If you bring big luggage like us , it will be hard since there is no elevator. Thankfully we managed to bring the luggages up and down safely.
