+The only positive aspects were the location, which was reasonably convenient, and the fact that parking was easy to find. Overall, this property needs significant maintenance and upgrades before I could recommend it.
−Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing. The apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, which made carrying luggage quite difficult. Although it appeared to have been renovated, the overall quality was poor. The ceilings were very low, and the apartment did not feel comfortable. The bedding was not properly cleaned and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen equipment was very old, and even the electric kettle was outdated,you had to unplug it every time you wanted to fill it with water because the power cable was permanently attached. The wooden kitchen cabinets were also old and worn. The bathroom was in poor condition. The toilet flush was broken, and we had to reach inside the wall to operate it. The shower floor was peeling, which was quite unpleasant. The windows were difficult to open and close, and the window shutters were damaged. There was no proper air conditioning, only a fan, which was not sufficient. The mattress was a very basic foam mattress that was uncomfortable and provided little support, especially if you have back pain. The beds themselves were also quite old. “Trotz guter Lage: Hier nie wieder!”
+Die Lage ist top, mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Amphitheater. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.
−Die Wohnung ist völlig heruntergekommen, die Einrichtung besteht aus lieblos zusammengesuchtem Sperrmüll des letzten Jahrhunderts, Lampenschirme fehlen teilweise, im Treppenhaus liegt Müll, die Bettwäsche ist löchrig, alles riecht schlecht. Man möchte am liebsten nichts anfassen. Beim Öffnen des Backofens fiel eine alte Pommes heraus. Im Badezimmer fanden sich eine offene Tube Zahnpasta, eine benutzte Zahnbürste, ein Rasierer und diverse andere Produkte von Vormietern. Fehlende Fliesen und Löcher wurden mit Klebefolie überklebt, sich inzwischen teilweise wieder ablöst. Wer hier übernachten möchte sollte einen Schlafsack, Laken, Handtücher und Badeschlappen dabeihaben.
